| Melvia B. Green, an attorney with an Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice, is available to serve as a trial or appellate mediator; arbitrator; and special master/magistrate. Ms. Green is a Florida Supreme Court certified circuit civil mediator; Federal mediator for the Middle District of Florida; qualified Florida Fifth District Court of Appeal mediator; and qualified arbitrator. Ms. Green also currently serves as a part-time legal advisor to the City of Tampa on class action and other complex commercial and appellate matters. |
