Melvin B. Green, an attorney with an Alternate Dispute Resolution Practice, is available to serve as a trial or appellate mediator; arbitrator; and special master/magistrate for civil disputes. Ms. Green is a Florida Supreme Court certified appellate and circuit court civil mediator; Federal mediator for the Middle District of Florida; Florida Fifth District Court of Appeal mediator; and qualified arbitrator. In 2011, Ms. Green was selected to serve as an appeals judge for the “Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill” claims at the Gulf Coast Claims Facility and appointed to serve as an independent investigator/prosecutor for the Florida Dispute Resolution Center. Ms. Green also serves as a part-time legal advisor to the City of Tampa for complex trial and appellate matters.
